With over two decades of running experience, Coach Don brings real-world knowledge shaped by perseverance, setbacks, and success. His journey began in engineering college in Nagpur with hill runs that built discipline and resilience.

Having experienced injuries, breakthroughs, podium finishes, and multiple sub-3-hour marathons, he focuses on smart training, injury awareness, long-term consistency, and mental strength.
